Now one of the teens is dead because the wannabe hero shot one of the kids and "stood over the teen on the ground and continued to fire." Big man hero is in jail on charges of for second-degree murder. If he hadn't been armed, he would've dialed 911, he'd be free, and the kid would be alive.
